In his younger days Anthony was a youth Pastor, a collision repair parts manager, and an automobile detailing business owner before retiring in 2000 due to Multiple Sclerosis. As a member of Full Gospel Businessmen’s Fellowship International (now BMF) he has traveled both state-side and abroad sharing his testimony of overcoming many medical hurdles. He’s learning perseverance, experienced “head” knowledge vs. “heart” knowledge, and that there is a huge difference between religion and a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Anthony is an ordinary man who has lived an extraordinary life; he’s even written a book about it!
Born and raised in the East Bay Area of Northern California, Anthony had planned to pursue a career in medicine before God changed his course. He obtained a BA in Ministerial Arts from Capital Bible Institute (CBI) at Capital Christian Center in Sacramento, CA where he met his bride, Valerie – they celebrated 30 years of marriage in 2023.
Ministry to Uganda for Anthony started while living in California, and he heard about Hope of a Nation from friends who transplanted from California to Missouri. Anthony and Valerie eventually moved to Branson, Missouri in 2021 and then met the Collmorgen's while attending Grace Community Assembly. Don’t you love Divine Appointments?
