Susan grew up in a Christian home in northwest Arkansas, but it wasn’t until her early thirties that she began to develop a true relationship with her heavenly Father and began to serve him. In 2008, God put a hunger in her heart to draw closer to him. As she began to diligently seek him, dive into His Word, and pray, God began to move in her and her husband’s life in a mighty way. In less than one year, He radically transformed their lives and confirmed their call to ministry as he led them to India, Sri Lanka, and later Mozambique. In Mozambique, she and her husband served as Interim Directors of an Iris Ministries’ mission base where she worked in an administrative capacity and taught in their bible school.
Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business-HR Management, is a graduate of Iris Ministries’ Harvest School of Missions, and has over ten years of experience in operations administration. She has a passion for discipling and encouraging others and leading them into the fullness of relationship with the Lord. When she isn’t participating in ministry and missions, she enjoys reading, writing, worship, travel, the outdoors, and spending time with family. She and her husband reside in Forsyth, Missouri, and are members of Grace Community Assembly in Branson.
