Reusable Sanitary Pads Sewing & Hygiene Project

Location: Uganda

Imagine being forced to miss school every month simply because you lack basic sanitary supplies. This is the heartbreaking reality for many teenage girls at the Siloam Mountain Junior School & Orphanage in Uganda. Without access to sanitary pads, they are left with no choice but to stay in their dorms, falling behind in their education and losing confidence in their future.

But together, we can change this!

We are launching a Reusable Sanitary Pads Sewing & Hygiene Project, an initiative designed to empower these young girls by teaching them how to sew their own reusable sanitary pads. Not only will this provide them with a sustainable solution for menstrual hygiene, but it will also equip them with valuable sewing skills that can help them in the future.

How Your Support Will Make a Difference:

With just $800, we can:

  • Hire an instructor to conduct a one-week sewing workshop.
  • Provide 2 sewing machines and material for the orphanage.
  • Equip the girls with skills that will last a lifetime.

The Impact of Your Donation

  • Keep Girls in School – No more missed classes due to lack of sanitary supplies.
  • Boost Confidence & Dignity – Every girl deserves dignity during her cycle.
  • Empowers Education – Sewing skills can lead to future income opportunities.

Your generosity today can break the cycle of poverty and give these girls the opportunity they deserve to thrive in school and in life.

Will you join us in making this life-changing impact?

Every dollar counts. Please donate now and help us reach our goal!
