This authentic Mexican pottery is crafted and hand-painted by artisans using traditional pottery techniques.  Each piece is highly textured and unique - gorgeous, yet very functional. Measures 7.5 inches long by 5 inches wide by 2.5 inches tall. Because each one is made by hand, an entire stick of butter may not fit.

Any minor variances in the design simply attest to the handcrafted nature and individuality of these pieces. Please allow for slight color and design variations.

Lead-free, dishwasher and microwave safe.

Artisan Information

There’s no sign to find the small family-owned ceramic workshop in the state of Guanajuato, Mexico. Behind the large wooden gate, women artisans are hand painting unfired ceramics while men work the kilns, as they have since the late 70’s. Each piece has personality from the dots and swirls to the hand painted logo on the bottom.
