Hope of a Nation is in need of several items to help facilitate the running of our programs in Mozambique. Finding items of good quality in Mozambique is often difficult, and when you do they are often more expensive than in the U.S., so we would like to procure some items to send back with our visiting team who will be returning to Mozambique the first week of June.
The following is a list of new or used items we are in need of:
Electronics
- We need 2 to 3 functional laptops in good condition. These can be used, refurbished, or new. They need to have at least a 14" screen, have Windows 10 and WiFi capability.
- We are also in need of several functional android smartphones. These can be used, refurbished or new and must be unlocked (preferably factory unlocked/not associated with any specific carrier). They must be able to use a SIM card, and they need to have a decent camera with video recording capabilities.
Ministry Resources & Equipment
- Plastic or metal communion cups that can be washed and re-used. Some churches are sharing a single cup for this purpose which is unsanitary.
- Communion cup holders
- Communion cup filler squeeze bottle
- Small durable worship instruments like tambourines and maracas.

Medical Equipment for Mobile Medical Outreach
- EMT Style Medical Duffle Bag with compartments to carry medications & supplies

- 2 Thermometers - must be able to display temperature in Celsius - touchless or temporal style preferred
- 3 Stethoscopes - medical grade/quality preferred
- 1 electronic blood pressure gauge (sphygmomanometer) - battery operated, with capability to change out cuff size
- 1 manual blood pressure gauge (sphygmomanometer) with adult & child cuffs

- Good quality classroom style manual pencil sharpener
